Okay People Since you all are here I'm guessing you understand that this is a mind eye theater game. Lets get right into it.
Well mostly the character creation is much the same has it is in 3rd ed with some minor adjustments. Lets start with the character creation.
Think of a reason your character is working for Pentex.
All characters are allowed to start on paths of enlightenment.
Traits are 3 5 7 still.
Freebies you start with 5. You may get 5 from negative traits and derangement's. You may also get 7 from flaws
You start with 5 abilities.
Vampires no longer have Influences, though they still get 5 backgrounds to start just no influence.
Your morality, is done like this you start with 2 in you Conscience(Conviction), Self-control(Instinct), and Courage then get 5 to divide amongst them.Then you add your Conscience(Conviction) and Self-control(Instinct) to get your path rating.
Generation is no longer a background but must be bought down by spending 2 freebie points per gen you start at 13th (Unless Your a Caitiff Then you start at 15th) and may buy your way down to 8th with out a backgroundstory.
Blood Pools & Trait Maximums
“Table-Top” blood pools are used for Kindred. This number is also their trait maximum. Your Secondary and Tertiary no longer have reduced trait maximums.

Unless otherwise stated the range of all Blood Magic powers is 30 steps.
When a character gains a new level of Blood Magic, they may study for a ritual (providing adequate resources are available) and learn it as well. The ritual costs experience points as well as learning time. Time spent learning a ritual cannot be used to learn a discipline as well. Characters may not learn disciplines while they are learning rituals.

New Thaumaturgy ritual
Deflection of the Wooden Doom: The person who is under the effect of this ritual must have an actual piece of wood on their person when the called shot is made for the ritual to take effect, or the ritual does not activate. However, if a person is staked because they do not have a piece of wood, then the ritual is still there and will again be active when they get a piece of wood.
