Cybernetics can only be taken by the highest gen vampires 15th and 14th, the reason being because they still have active nervous systems after the embrace because of there high generation.

Cybernetics should be taking has their own merit though it should be treated like the special gift merit by which I mean you give me an idea of what you want I'll tell you how many points it will take to get it.

When you take the Cybernetics merit you may not take flaws that applied to the loss of that body part.
